However, would you like a proven, simple toolkit for life, that nobody ever taught you, that doesn’t require superhuman amounts of will power, motivation or effort, to get you to where you want to be, feeling great?
It is possible, and this is what I’m offering you through wellbeing coaching.
Wellbeing coaching offers ways you can look more closely into WHY you want to do something, which helps with the motivation, but it’s so much more than that.
There are ways to help yourself do the things you want to do, and keep on doing them, feeling successful, even once the initial enthusiasm has worn off.
You can learn to take one small, super-easy step at a time, until before you know it, you are building the life of your dreams.
There is a structured method that helps you to find your inspiration and get past your resistance, without relying on willpower. You can find ways around obstacles, to live a more joyful life, aligned with your true values, and everything you have to offer.
YOU have the inspiration and power within you. My role is to help you discover what you want, and support and encourage you to dare to go after it, unravelling and de-fusing any limiting beliefs along the way.
We focus on what you can do and have already achieved, which reminds you of your ability to succeed.
We will be looking at areas such as your nutritional health and movement (of course) but also areas such as the pace of your lifestyle, the environment you’re in, your emotional health, relationships, even your finances and your life purpose – what makes life worth living for you.

The programme is very flexible, running on Tuesday or Thursday lunchtimes, 12:30-13:30 UK times. You can start any week, as I offer an initial onboarding session, then you join in.
Even if you have to miss a week, you can still catch up, as the programme is designed around your needs, and is driven by you.
